We are happy to write this letter of recommendation for Mark, we have been in our house for about a month and are still pleased to write.

Mark and Dave have been an absolute pleasure to work with.  Quite simply, they do what they say and say what they do.  They are humble but confident and most of all we found them to be extremely ethical and honest.  Our home was built on time, on budget with no "I didn't know that was going to be added at our expense".  We suggest that you do your homework that is necessary because it will take later anxiety out of the picture.

We noticed a huge positive in the sub contractors and suppliers genuinely like them and therefore show up on time and deliveries are prompt.  Hence, the five previous customers I contacted all had their jobs done within the time frame promised.  Having up to five trades working at once and helping each other by working around each other is extremely rare.  Our architect, who has been a close friend for 45 years was quite impressed with everything they have done.

Webster House-

Just a quick note to tell you how good a job you did on the Webster Beach House and what a pleasure it was to work with you.

I know it was not an easy house to build, just look at those third floor ceilings and the budget constraints!  So thanks for taking my vision and turning it into reality.

The exterior of the house truly makes a bold statement for anyone passing by.
